Student visa — United Kingdom

A UK university gives you a CAS number, you show money for fees and living, and you come to study.

What you need

• A Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS)
• English at the level your course requires (e.g. IELTS UKVI)
• Living money held for 28 days: £1,529 a month in London or £1,171 a month elsewhere, for up to 9 months
• Tuberculosis (TB) test from an approved clinic in Nepal
• Nepal NOC

Step by step

• Get an offer and CAS.
• Take the TB test.
• Apply online and give biometrics at the visa centre in Kathmandu.
• Get NOC and travel.
